I’m George Ross – Owner and MD of LeisureIQ 

I have spent a lifetime shaping excellence in the leisure industry. With over 45 years of hands-on experience, I’ve helped transform and inspire some of the world’s best-known brands including Disney, TUI, Center Parcs, Warner Leisure Hotels, Haven, Forest Holidays, Parkdean Resorts, iFly Dubai, and Camp Beaumont Asia/UK.

In 2004, alongside  my wife Karen, we  founded In2action Ltd, partnering with First Choice and TUI to design and launch the ground breaking Holiday Village concept. The result:

  • Over 1 million families experienced In2action programmes worldwide
  • Over 5,000 staff trained and developed
  • Operations rolled out across 14 international resorts

Today, through LeisureIQ,  I continue  my lifelong mission to raise industry standards, helping businesses large and small achieve operational excellence and deliver unforgettable guest experience
