We do not believe in offering standard, off-the-shelf packages or simply conducting traditional secret shopper visits. At LeisureIQ, we adhere to a structured 4-stage process:
1. Desktop Company Review: A thorough examination of your brand values and vision by LeisureIQ.
2. Director-Level Meeting: A one-on-one meeting with a senior company leader, either online or in person, to assess your objectives for the on-site review.
3. Executive Insight Review: An unannounced, anonymous site visit conducted by a senior executive (individually, as a couple, or as a family unit) based on the agreed aims and objectives from stage 2.
4. Detailed Report: A comprehensive report detailing the findings of the visit, including suggestions for quick wins and phased implementation advice.
Stages 1 through 4 can be tailored to your timeline and are typically completed within one working week.
